Sikka Terms of Service

The short version: Sikka tells you which of your own cards to use — it is advisory only. It can never move your money, make a payment, or touch your bank login. The final numbers are always your card issuer's, not ours; verify anything that matters with your bank. Use Sikka sensibly and we'll do the same by you.
1 · Who we are

2 · What Sikka is
Sikka is a card-rewards information tool. It analyses spending information you choose to share (a statement you upload or paste, financial emails your browser scans, or details you tell the WhatsApp assistant) and shows which of the cards you already hold would earn the most on a given purchase, and what verified rewards cards would have earned on your past spend.
3 · What Sikka is not
- Not a bank or payment service. Sikka never initiates, routes, executes, or modifies a payment or transfer. It has no ability to move money — this is a design property of the product, not a policy choice.
- Not regulated financial advice. Sikka provides general information about card reward programs. It is not licensed investment, credit, tax, or financial advice, and it does not consider your full financial circumstances. Decisions — including which card to apply for, keep, or cancel — are yours.
- Not a credit broker. Sikka does not arrange, sell, or earn commissions on card applications today. If that ever changes, these terms and the product will say so plainly first.
4 · Accuracy of reward data
Reward rates, caps, and valuations shown by Sikka come from card issuers' published terms, and Sikka marks what has been verified against a primary source. Issuers change their programs, sometimes without notice: figures can lag or be approximate, and your card issuer's current terms always prevail over anything Sikka shows. Where Sikka cannot verify a number, it says so rather than guessing — and you should verify with your bank before relying on any figure.
5 · Early access
Sikka is an early-stage product. Features may change, be paused, or be withdrawn while we build; access to some features (such as the Gmail scan) may be limited to a cohort at a time. Sikka is currently free to use; if a paid plan is introduced, you will be told clearly before you are ever charged.
6 · Your data
How Sikka handles data — including the on-device guarantee that your Gmail content never reaches our servers — is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
7 · Acceptable use
Use Sikka only for its purpose and only with data you are entitled to use. Don't attempt to probe, overload, or interfere with the service, misuse the WhatsApp assistant, or use Sikka's content to build a competing dataset by scraping. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.
8 · Liability
Sikka is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sikka FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on reward figures, from issuer program changes, or from decisions you take on the basis of the information shown. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
10 · Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged in the product.
